Lauren spent her freshman year of college at BYU Hawaii where she played on the women’s soccer team. She completed her degree in Exercise Science at BYU Provo and was a member of Golden Key International Honour Society. After graduation, she attended Midwestern University where she received her degree in Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies. She has volunteered at local homeless shelters to provide medical treatment and coached a young girl’s soccer team. Lauren is married and has a dog. She enjoys hiking, boating, and spending time on her favorite beaches in Cabo San Lucas.

LeeAnn is originally from the suburbs of Detroit, Michigan and attended the University of Wisconsin- Madison for her undergraduate degree. After spending most of her life in the cold, she joined the United States Peace Corps as a health volunteer and headed to the Sahara Desert in Mali, West Africa. She spent two years there as a midwife’s assistant before she was relocated to Vanuatu in the South Pacific Islands. She couldn’t stay away from the heat and it was then she decided Arizona was the next stop and attended Midwestern University-Glendale for her Master’s in Physician Assistant. LeeAnn loves to travel and explore new cultures. She volunteers often at local food banks and medical clinics in Phoenix and enjoys weekend trips to Denver to see her handsome baby nephew and family.
Dr. Johnson completed both his undergraduate degree and medical degree at Michigan State University. He was a 4-year member of the Michigan State University Swim Team. He finished his combined Internal Medicine and Pediatrics Residency at Good Samaritan Hospital - now Banner University Medical Center. His Pediatrics Residency was completed at Phoenix Children's Hospital. He started practicing in the Litchfield Park / Goodyear area in 1999, and started a solo practice in 2004. He has been on staff at Banner Estrella Medical Center since the founding of the hospital. He has served on numerous positions of leadership at the hospital including a 2 year term as Chief of Staff. He travels to Hawaii frequently, and has worn an aloha shirt to work every day for many years. He volunteers in the community with Oasis gymnastics and Deer Valley High School and teaches resident physicians in a residency sponsored by the University of Arizona College of Medicine. He is married, has 2 children and enjoys camping, fly fishing, and grilling. He continues swimming with United States Masters Swimming, and still swims in competition.

Jennifer has enjoyed working as a physician assistant (PA) in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics since graduating from Midwestern University in 2013 with a Masters of Medical Sciences in Physician Assistant Studies. In 2009, Jennifer received a Bachelors Degree in Biological Science from Colorado State University. Jennifer is a member of AAPA (American Academy of Physician Assistants) and ASAPA (Arizona State Association of Physician Assistants). She enjoys spending time with her husband, 2 kids and 2 beagles. She enjoys playing with her kids, reading, and watching movies.
